The cancellation policy is based on the premise that a student has registered for a seat in a seminar held on a particular date and location. The early registration discount saves you money and enables PMT Seminars to plan for adequate seminar space and materials. Those costs are still incurred even if you cancel close to the seminar date, as reflected in the policy. If you are unsure of your availability for a seminar, you can register at the seminar site at the full price, if space is available.
Cancel 31 or more days before the seminar: Tuition paid will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. Cancel 15-30 days before the seminar: Tuition paid will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. Cancel 1-14 days before the seminar: Tuition paid will be refunded minus a $200 processing fee. Cancel less than 24 hours before the seminar / Failure to give notice of cancellation: Full seminar tuition will be charged.
If PMT Seminars cancels a seminar, you will receive a full refund.
Payment in full is expected at the time of registration. Payment by credit card is accepted. If paying by check or money order, please download the registration form and mail it with your payment.
A tuition credit is available to students who have completed a seminar from PMT Seminars. A $50 credit is applied for each new student referred and is applied to the referrer’s next seminar. A "new" student is someone who has never taken a seminar from PMT Seminars. The new student must enter the referrer name in the "How did you hear about the seminar" field during the registration process. The credit is applied to the referrer’s account after the referred student completes the seminar.
A $100 reviewer discount is available for students repeating a seminar. The number of discounted tuitions available for a seminar is based on enrollment.
